You tell me what's going on — then we connect via email, text, or voice. Physical symptoms, emotional blocks, stress patterns, intuition hits. I take notes, and we choose a time.

I do the work

From my own space, with all my tools, I ground, clear, scan, and shift your energetic field. This may include chakra alignment, cord cutting, smudging rituals, intuitive downloads, and focused intention work.

Step Three

You receive integration support

You'll get a follow-up with what came through, what shifted, and how to keep supporting the work in your daily life. The session doesn't end when I stop working.

Where you feel safe.

You don't have to drive anywhere. Adjust to anyone else's timing. Perform okayness in a waiting room. Explain yourself to a stranger in a sterile setting.

You can be in your bed. Your backyard. Your favorite chair with a blanket and a candle. Wherever your nervous system actually feels safe enough to let something shift.

The distance doesn't diminish the work. Energy is not limited by geography. It reaches you because you — on some level — choose to be reached. That choice is the whole thing.

During the Session

You can be as involved as you want — or not at all.

Close your eyes, take a breath, and consciously allow the work
Meditate, journal, or rest quietly while I work
Sleep — the work reaches you either way
Cry, laugh, yell, sing, feel whatever comes up
Go about your normal day completely undisturbed
